How to Make an Appointment:

To minimize wait times, we try to work on an appointment basis as much as possible and would ask that you call ahead (905-683-6430) so that together, we can find a convenient time for your visit.  A receptionist or a veterinary technician will answer your call and help you through this process.

We will always do our best to fit in any urgent or emergency cases, even without an appointment while the hospital is open.  If possible, please have someone call ahead so that our animal health care team can be prepared for your pet's arrival. 

Thankfully, this doesn't happen often, but because of our commitment to providing this level of care, there are times when unexpected emergencies may arise and your wait time may be longer than normal.

Please be patient, there may come a time when your pet needs emergency treatment and will also be moved 'to the front of the line'.
